Churchill Forge is opened to the
public on selected dates through the summer. During 2019 the Forge will be open on:
Sunday the 12th May - Open Day Cancelled, Sunday the 9th June, Sunday the 14th July and Sunday the 8th September (Heritage Open Day).
On open days, the forge is open from 2pm to 5pm (last
admission 4:30pm). A small admission charge is made to contribute towards the
restoration and maintenance of the site. A range of souvenirs are available at the forge including technical drawings,
postcards and souvenir coffee mugs and refreshments are available on site at the Water Mill Cafe.
IMPORTANT: Access to the main areas of the forge is by a flight of step steps and the floors of the working area of uneven. We regret that disabled access is therefore very limited.
